TTG happy to lose in the A's

Post by Golden EAGLE »

The Big talk around the traps is that TTG is happy to drop players down form the A's and into the B's this week to stop the Pontians jumping over them into top spot. With only one point seperating the two sides it has been deemed as Judgement day with the winner expected to kick on and win the flag. The Pontian A team boys are delighted with the news hoping that this week will be easier than last week, but we know by the record books that it will be a tough encounter and more than likely only one goal will decided the winner.

 :D :P

Why on earth would they do that for, if the B's are not good enough to win the league on their own then they dont deserve to win it!

Lol, TTG B's wouldn't need to have A Players they are the best B-Side we faced this year by some margin. Also there A's still have a very strong chance of Promotion so would be crazy! Nice try though

Yeah i would agree with that comment about TTG B's.

A's aren't quite good enough yet for Div 1.

If you are from easties like the name suggests how come the gully(not good enough for div 1) was able to knock PHE out of the cup. What does that say about Easties- they are not good enough either for div 1 ?

Should be a good match... Pontians the underdogs I think as TTG have had the wood on them over the last couple of seasons definietly deserve the tag of "the team to beat"...... but we all know Murphy's Law

mmmm well if you actually watched the game, TTG just quite simply wanted it more & the East didnt start playing until they went 3 nil down & then almost took it to extra time.

East not good enough for Div 1? That's why they are 2nd on the ladder! Go figure!

GULLY B'S 4 PONTIANS 1
With no A team players playing in the Bs
Was a very phsical game as we expected

And a good result for the Gully A's with a 1-1 draw
