Re: Arsenal 2017/2018

As for Arsenal, what an absolute shambles we are atm

We've had all off season to sort out our squad, and we still haven't done what was needed.

Its a mess.

Re: Arsenal 2017/2018

Ox to Liverpool is a done deal 40M transfer and a 5 year deal - 120K per week Turned down bigger offers to join LFC, so fair play to him. Obviously not only about the money, more about playing time/position. Always liked Ox. Never fulfilled his full potential at Arsenal and probably got mis-managed ...

Re: Arsenal 2017/2018

Wenger needs to sell Sanchez, Ozil, Ox, Mustafi and Perez quick smart.. they are cancers!! Bring in Mahrez, Vardy and Van Dijk If we were pushing for the title (or at least top 4) id say keep em But that doesn't look like happening even at this early stage of the season, so we might as well cash in...

Re: Arsenal 2017/2018

Disgraceful. Shambles. Embarrassing. Pathetic. Any one of these words could describe that Arsenal performance. Liverpool were excellent no doubt. They played really well. But that was just a 4-0 hammering. And it should’ve been more. We never looked in it. but where do we start? The team selection? ...

How bout playing players in their natural positions. We had two LB's play...

As you created the thread, you can edit it. Just go to initial post and change the title section. You can thank me by losing to Liverpool when we next front up.
Cheers

Re: Arsenal 2014/2015

Not the most convincing start, but we did what we had to to get the win. You can’t really judge too much after the first game of the season, but we just seem to concede goals from bad defensive errors. All three could have been avoided. But with no Koscielny, no Mertersacker, no Sanchez, Ramsey on t...

Re: Arsenal 2014/2015

^^^^^ Was always on the cards. Official announcement tomorrow (no press conference). Not quite sure how I feel about it to be honest. I'm a little 50/50 over the decision. An FA Cup win would've been a great way to bow out, but everything Wenger has said in the press recently indicated he had no int...

We have to keep Sanchez no matter what, everyone played great in the final but what a game and what a season from Alexis.

Arsenal – splash da cash because this guy is irreplaceable.

Re: FA Cup Final

Arsenal V Chelsea Sunday morning 2am start London Derby - I think Arsenal to win as Chelsea may have been doing to much celebrating recently. 1-0 to the Arsenal. I hope you're right. A win for Arsenal would salvage something from an otherwise underwhelming season As for Celtic, good on em for going...

Re: Arsenal 2014/2015

Apparently they've offered Sanchez about $0.5m per week! you want world class players, you gotta pay world class money Arsenal have a wage structure in place, and this probably blows it out of the water but I don't care He's our best player. Pay him what he wants. Buy him a house for his dogs is he...

Some word coming out of London re Wenger's contract Seems the board are split about Wenger and the direction of the club. If one side of the board wins, Wenger stays. If the other side get their way (which apparently includes CEO I Gazidis), he goes. Wenger wants to stay, but because of what’s goin...

Re: Arsene Wenger - For God's Sake.....

People give Arsenal fans cabernet for treating CL qualification as a trophy. I never did. And I doubt most other Arsenal fans did either. But its an achievement. And to do it for 20+ seasons in a row (especially during those years where we didn't have funds to buy big name players) was something els...

Re: Arsene Wenger - For God's Sake.....

“I care about this club. Even if I leave one day, I will love this club until the last day of my life" Show me another manager who's dedicated his life for 20 years to one club like Wenger has to Arsenal. He lives and breathes Arsenal 24/7. Are the criticisms valid - yes, of course. The last fe...

Jeez, talk about Lucky Arsenal. Outplayed by Leicester and a fluke goal wins it. What about that Sanchez. Great player, but what a twat. FA should charge Sanchez with bringing the game into disrepute . and what about Fuchs for deliberately throwing the ball at the head of an opposition player?

Re: Arsenal 2014/2015

The players need to take some responsibility also. That performance was a shambles and a terrible way to treat a man who always defends his players, never publically berates them and clearly loves the club. Don’t just down tools and be walked all over. There's still professional pride to play for (a...

What is there left to say as an Arsenal fan? Disgraceful performance. Woeful. Pathetic. No heart. No pride. And I could go on and on. It’s obvious that this team isn’t functioning on any level. It’s a broken mess. And unfortunately, I don’t even think Wenger can fix it at this stage. Will a 2 year e...

Wenger’s time is certainly coming to an end, and it’s a shame that it’s come to this. I don’t think his legacy will ever be questioned, but its obvious that his time is/should be up. But the players owe him more than what theyre showing on the pitch. Wenger has shown faith with a whole bunch of them...
