Is that the same as when Balotelli said that he hadn't heard of Wilshere when he won the golden boy trophy?Old Redback wrote:Very funny when he was recently asked who he thought was a better partnership of Rooney and RvP or Suarez and Sturridge and he said "Who is Sturridge?"

Were they eligible at Birth?Steve#4 wrote:God is an Englishman wrote:[quote="Bacon888
I heard that on ABC as well but it wasn't "trained" it was "bred"......
I was wondering if they would be eligible for an Aussie Passport.

So our only outfield player who is a regular starter in one of the top 3 leagues in the world shouldn't play for Australia??Old Redback wrote:Surely someone with half a brain would put him on an island and never let him near a representative team?adelaidebloke wrote:i would make jedinek into a centre back

Re: Liverpool 2013/14
Poor decision by the Ref on that occasion, should have been allowed to take the quick FK Funny how only Assnal supporters think otherwise. Well their manager generally doesn't see anything controversial from his players so maybe it's a cultural thing at their club where they only see what they want...

Dropping Neill would be an easy popularity stunt for Postecoglou.

So a side was selected to play that was based purely on the colour of their skin? Didn't South Africa get a ban for that?God is an Englishman wrote:Bacon888 wrote:There might be 800+ AFL players, but not all are qualified to play for the indigenous side.

Re: Liverpool 2013/14
Correct Cyril. Ref stopped the game by blowing the whistle, he must issue the card then. If he waved play on, he could then issue the card at the next interval in play. Great challenge Sagna  How then are you able to take a quick free kick? I assume that Suarez didn't ask for a wall... You're...

Re: CONGRATULATIONS TO SATURDAY PREM PLAYER OF THE YEAR - 20
That's mental that Kanga didn't get more votes to Rd 10. When we beat Hawks 6-1 he scored 4 & laid one on a plate for someone to bundle over the line in what was the most deserving man of the match performance I have seen in a while. Still it's a refs award and I think enough gets said about the...

Re: CONGRATULATIONS TO SATURDAY PREM PLAYER OF THE YEAR - 20
Congratulations to Jimmy for the recognition for a great year.
Will be interesting to see how Kanga did re votes given he didn't play after rd 10. He was on fire and more than likely would have won it if he had of played the whole season in that way.

Re: Liverpool 2013/14
Liverpool unlucky with that silly Sagna incident in the first half, common sense would have been to let play go on and book Sagna next break in play.. Can't. Once he's blown for play to stop, he has to issue the caution then I think, so no playing on. Correct Cyril. Ref stopped the game by blowing ...
