Re: Has the standard of U18's gone backwards
Matty, I would be surprised if you have any 14 year olds in your U18 squad .. if so you shoulder check their birth certificates .. Anyway no real issue with this if the player is exceptional but should be an exception to the rule. IMO top tier U15's is generally still a good level for this age group...

Re: Manchester Cup Winners
The information I have is that FFA and Nike Aust are pissed that the NZ teams win the majority of the time so to prevent that they have ignored the competition rules and bought in the State NTC teams to ensure an Australian team represents the Pacific region at the world finals. The collateral damag...

Re: Manchester Cup Winners
19 clubs entered with squad sizes of 17. I think the fees were $15 per player (may have been more .. pretty sure that was the amount last year). So each club paid about $255 to enter a team (may be not much in the scheme of things) but considering it was received under false pretences is money that ...

This whole FFSA farce is going to blow up into a huge mainstream media embarrassment and exposure for FFSA not to mention that they will have the living F sued out of them .... that process is soon to begin ..

Just a thought What if the reserves become a 'B' team and played for promotion relegation, and established a State League B. Where clubs and could blood their fringe players in a senior competition, as Adelaide United have. With the 'A' team supported by the Under 19s and the 'B' team supported by ...

As far as I am aware there is only one player, and she trains with the State League side in addition to, not instead of, the NTC. She attends boys training Thursday nights, and is at all four NTC sessions during the week. She plays games on Saturday afternoons. As there are only 6 18+ girls trainin...

Was a good weekend and some great talent on display. WA played some superb football and clearly the best team over the weekend… 22 goals scored and 2 conceded one being a pass back own goal. Budapest looking for Trial Games
Hi Guys
Budapest Sat Div 4 .. looking for one or two trial games during March .. had one scheduled but were dogged by Monarchs so wouldn't recommend scheduling games v them!
Would prefer similar Div standard if possible.
We are more than happy to host games.
If interested send PM
Thanks S Noodle

Not that I give a shiraz about cricket and don't know when the cricket season starts or ends but it could be an implicating factor seeing many juniors probably play that sport?
