Re: Sturt gone in 2017
Also get sick of Sturt under 6 or 7, forfeiting every game they play too. That's got be to be deductions as well now, they cant keep doing that - Metro and Inter will be upset over the fact they have cancelled twice and then try to move other game this week to 8 am from 2:30 pm (Sturt home game) . C...

should have had a few metro players off for the poor tackles they put on players. But hey that's football.

Do coaching staff need to do any concussion courses? Over in the USA coaches can do a concussion course for youth soccer, http://www.cdc.gov/headsup/youthsports/training/ This course is mandated by some states before you can coach. They also state "Once players are suspected of having a concus...

Re: 4 WNPL Teams Failed To Meet The Criteria
Seeing as Black Swan seems to have some knowledge of the clubs situations, I'd love to see sportsbird apologise to Metro as apparently she was completely wrong and has made unfounded accusations against that club. Not that it's the first time I've seen sportsbird make accusations that are completel...

 Feisty affairs these ladies' games, four senior games and they managed three yellow cards between eight teams. Do they have referees? Actually they are very feisty games NOC but they just get up and get on with it unlike the men unfortunately. Maybe the refs like that approach :?: Ref'...

One question, if a coach who grabs most of the best players in the league, what part of the improvement or coaching does that account for. Of course they should win, how is that a good coach ? When the team is ill disciplined and abusive to other coaches and players, dirty play why would any coach v...

interestingly the three worst teams for red cards and yellows are:excluding the only red being that of city for the MJ smash reaction, which the ref didn't see? Also the kicking into the city player red card ( x amount of games i guess for metro ) I find it, to hard to believe the linesman staring r...

Re: Shame Shame Shame - WTF is going on in Womens soccer
There's a fine line (actually a thick one) between fierce competiveness and thuggery. I have NO affiltiation with city or metro so my comments are fair and quitable. To read in today's paper a short story on what ahppened over the weekenbd between these two teams (thugs) is an insult to those who p...

Re: Metro United vs Adelaide City
Metro and a few others, rough and brutal in there approach to football and FFSA ref's continue to let bad fouls go! regardless of the gender, two footed tackles and rugby style football is not being brought into line. Last game im going to, when the laws of the game are ignored by the referee's just...

really think you need to get a grip on the most physical sides, i don't know why the quote for west adel and para hills are there?
Metro, Sturt would be top 2
Uni ,West Adel, Para hills
City
Cumberland/Fulham and FFSA sharing the least physical.

Re: Refs leaving the game
The problem is conflict of interest in the ref world, those that do busy a gut to do well don't get rewarded the ones that suck up and get given the rewards, get prompted and promptly have issues when it comes down to the task at hand. NO kpi on ref performance or attitude, when you have arrogance c...

More ntc girls quiting ? Noticed a few playing prems on the stats. Also ,if anyone can clarify, wasn't only keepers allowed to play for club, while in ntc? Re: Lady Reds Coach To Quit
Some food for thought, RA was always about getting RA up the ladder. Girls leaving the sport can't help. I guess we will see this year in ntc and w league if this is flash in pan or quality coaching. With the coming W npl, that should kick most clubs in the teeth.

Re: Lady Reds Coach To Quit
Well , with the final table in 2014, dropped a place down from last year. Scored less goals and conceded double the amount from last year, doesn't look good.
Let's hope RA can get them playing next year. See how the squad goes in the boys league I guess.

I think its about all w-league players are not allowed to play in the premier league next year and instead will be training all year round with Ross and playing every second week against boys teams... and if this is the case then it really only takes out about 5 of the current players as the others...
