Re: Lady reds
Ray =Gunners ? you don't know this? and you make a lot of assumptions on the lady reds that don't make sense from previous years to now. All i can say and im sure most who have followed closely can say that this by far is their best season in 5 years and still with lots to improve on, RA has started...

Re: Lady reds
Well obviously u must be from para-hills if u think the long ball is football, that's not FOOTBALL using all yr players INCLUDING MIDFIELD if u don't have 11 fit players u will not win, playing in yr own half is very dangerous don't see the logic in it, we don't create enough (APART FROM KRISTY) if...

Re: Lady reds
i don't have the complete stats. I'd say possession looks better, but that seems to be a bad word at the moment with some AUFC supporters. I guess the first step is to keep off the bottom and work our way up. 1 game at a time, if we can get similar possession each week we will be consistent. Fitness...

Re: Promotions and Relegations
PHU definitely deserve to come up! They have won the div 1 league which is the requirement for promotion. It would be unfair if they didn't and a bad example by FFSA to us other teams who have intentions to get higher too. Although Cumberland finished bottom they showed improvement and have been in...

Re: Promotions and Relegations
as with all developing systems/leagues need time to improve and stabilize ( A- league), promotion/relegation can hurt new leagues initially. lets get the league at a higher standard and then look from there, dropping Cumberland out or more and replacing with clubs who are not probably geared up for ...

Re: Adelaide United W-League v SA NTC
In defense, the reds have a plan for the first time in 5 years, a clear vision and philosophy of how they want to play. The girls looked out of sorts but this is natural when they are learning and establishing this plan. listening to the instructions from the side, it was clear the reds are focusing...

It is s a great concept and will grow with time and as more coaches start to look at new ways to improve their skills, informative and good chance to discuss coaching with your peers. Re: Premier League Referees Choice
Best and Fairest, if you get red carded ( not two yellows) a Direct red card you should be ineligible. Not sure what the women's rules are on this one as the rules do vary from competition to competition. Interesting question though, something to confirm with FFSA women's comp manager i guess.

Re: Lady reds
Three groups ran in succession, one group of local SA girls, the interstate and a mix of some premier league players and the NTC. The teams rotated with local girls playing both halves so that some of the girls could go and play their league games at 3pm. not that scores matter in this but the first...

Re: Westfield Matildas Coaches visit SA
FFSA / U15 a bit nervous i think, Matilda's Coach watching and perhaps over excited. Game started with good intensity and some excellent built up attacks from both sides, both sides were playing close passing game ( good possession football). Unfortunately a "howler" by the GK saw a ball t...

Re: Girls playing with boys
build a strong league ------ you must play prems or reserves ------- so what about the rest who are not at that standard or who struggle to play with boys. Are you saying there is no place in football for you because you do not fit the mould or not up to scratch. Shame Shame you need a competition ...
