Why do all these rich people buy already successful clubs? Where's the fun in that? If I had billions to waste I'd buy a side with a mix of strong support and history but a lack of success, then take them to the top.

It will be hard for us to rest players when half of the first team are out injured anyway.

2-2

Gilardino, Suazo (PK), Capone, Borriello
Pirlo got sent off for a challenge that really only warranted a yellow.

You were missing a lot of players though. Cafu pulled a hamstring in the last day of training before the match and Simic broke down in the warm-up. Costacurta started and Brocchi played right back!! I couldnt believe Jankulouski was on the bench, he was good when he came on. Whats with Ancelotti ig...

LOL @ EMVEE, We no pushovers mate. Playing in Athens is no easy-match. Many scalps have faltered at the Olympic stadium over the years. AEK in red hot form too. LOL All credit to your guys, I haven't seen any of the match but your position in the group speaks for itself, and I'd rather you make it ...

I'm 100% anti-diving. But what King Grosso did was not diving, it was playing for the foul- Neill went down quicker than Stormy Summers and Italy won the game + the whole tournament...Grosso will ever be a legend of World Cup history!! 62 points- not a bad round for me, although most of it goes down to having Kaka as my captain. Shevchenko and Inzaghi obviously not accounting for any points really affected what could of otherwise been an incredible round :x

I agree we've been in a bad patch but......
3 games so far in the CL and we won 3-0, drew 0-0 and won 0-1..
Care to elobrate on the 'same old 0-0' theory?

My tip is 2-0 to Milan.
Goals from Kaka and Ricardo Oliveira.

Another poor game from Nesta this morning.
Not only are his defensive skills going down but he got in the way of Ricardo Oliveira when he had a good chance to make the game 4-4 late on. :x

Daniele Bonera comes back into the frame after his suspension. That is not a good thing. From what he has showed so far at Milan he is nothing more than a liability, he gives away far too many free kicks for stupid challenges. He is a good defender, needs some time to adapt, as with all players. Th...

I can see a scrappy 0-1 win, we've been lacking in front of goals so far this season.

yet they buy a 20 year old French player for however many millions and play him straight away
That French player got a MOM award in the game vs AEK and scored a quality header in the process. There are high hopes for Gourcuff and the price Milan payed for him was almost nothing.
