Re: SAASL vs Collegiate trials
Yep..... Credit where its due...... Torrens Valley A's looked exceptionally good.... Very quick up top but strong throughout the team.... We had a badly depleted C team out against them but they destroyed them and it could have been more..... I will be as bold as to predict them winning Div 4 with a...

Re: SAASL vs Collegiate trials
Mixed bag at the weekend..... With 5 games on and 15+ at the Showdown it was a stretch but: E's v Torrens B's lost 4-0 D's v Wanderers C's won 2-1 C's v Torrens A's lost 8-0 (Our C's were hardest hit BUT Torrens A's are not the same team as last year by a mile!) B's v Wanderers B's won 5-4 ( I think...

Re: Polonia - Blue Nile abandoned Div 4
The Star Club thing is a toughie..... It certainly will sort the wheat from the chaf as its takes a bit of effort and requires a number of key things to be done / certified / completed to qualify although its a guide rather than a mandatory thing... A band of mates will not be able or willing (delet...

Was speaking to an ffsa ref who was recently physically assaulted and verbally harrassed at collegiate league.....those ffsa refs are complaining about idiots in that league too. Like he said though - it's always the same clubs... It has been happening acouple of times in the Collegiate Legaue too ...

your reasoning makes no sense when only 2 games clash with the feds. The pitch is available so why do you still need the earlier kick off times? Re: Gleeson named in Division 3
Soooo. Did Gleeson look at entering the Collegiate Dark Side league before OR after being told they were relegated  I heard a whisper they were inches away from jumping leagues at one point in Feb.... Don't know what stopped them , maybe the consistently inconsistent manner that frustrates so ...

Re: Blue Nile & Federation players.
Totally agree (for a change).... If someone realy want s to play for 6 diffewrent teams... fill yer boots. A player is a player is a player and if trying to police this is impossible without tons of effort. Let anyone play in any comp and it all goes away....Simple, effective but strangely frowned u...

Re: Blue Nile & Federation players.
Real difficult one in some respects.... If the FFSA and SAASL leagues don't cross check names, then this is open to anyone wishing to register for both leagues. I have seen players NOT from African based clubs who have played in both leagues in the same season... As long as they aren't the match win...

Cleared up and closed! 2 club teams have an easier time than they think when it comes to those days (only a few though!!) when the whole roster turns up... 2 club teams have a harder time when (most days) when only 17 players are avaialble. I just want to play...any grade, any time and most places!!...

Played in both comps..... Windsor were good but are slowly coming to the end of their respective careers. Played them last year as part of our clubs C team and they smashed us 11-0! They had a mix of C and B teams as opposition which were comaprable with Sat Div 3 to 6 in ability. Windsor were capab...
