Re: Australia's Olympic qualifying match against Vietnam
The FFA,The AOC, the AFC and FIFA need to look at themselves. Caitlin Foord will be quarantined for 14 days as a safeguard against coronavirus, A few others may follow. she should have sat out the game it was obvious early in the game she was not 100% - game already in the bag and good players on t...

Re: Australia's Olympic qualifying match against Vietnam
They appear to have very good safety precautions in place ,safer then other asian and most european countries at the moment. As long as none of our players have the flu /cough before they go there they wont be allowed in. If the Matildas go there just to play the game then come straight home they wi...

Re: Women's T20 World Cup
The whole thing looks rigged - were SA were robbed ? by the stupid D/L system for rain shorten matches which gives the team batting second no chance of winning . Does anyone know how many teams have won batting second using that system ? They wanted to make sure they sold some tickets by Australia m...

Re: Adel Utd Coach to be Offered Further Contract Extension
Ivan was at most of the WNPL games I attended last year. As previously mentioned in here, all the games were available to download for coaches so it does it really matter? I stand corrected I was not aware - was the WNPL player of the year invited to train with the squad ? There would be two or thr...

Re: Adel Utd Coach to be Offered Further Contract Extension
Ivan reappointed for 2 years. sportsbird and BTK to spend another 2 years wringing. Won’t be good for their health. Where has Ivan`s re-appointment been announced? Looking at the Adelaide United website and IK post match report he is already talking about next season even though his appointment has...

what's happening at inter? did they lose a lot of players? have they become a women's club that field men's teams ? might have to get some of the masters games players back out to training. Looks like they’ve lost basically everyone, their team looked like a mish mash of players thrown together las...

No thank you that would be a big backward step on a downhill slope
She would be a good assistant to Ivan if he needed one.
Adelaide play a much better game style then Canberra do.

Re: Not long before AUFC-W season ends
The W League is NOT a development tool used to validate the NTC program. What does validate the program is the integration of NTC players into the mainstream WNPL. Most would agree that the transition to WNPL from NTC is problematic. I could only imagine the huge STEP from NTC to W League. I think ...

The first time I thought I would watch knowing all the rules, then bugger me there was one touchdown I have no idea why it was awarded he literally just waved the ball over the line ? Re: Not long before AUFC-W season ends
The last point you make is very valid. One area where the game has changed over the years and young players are missing out, too much emphasis on recruiting all the best young players ,put them together in a team in hope they develop into top notch WNPL players. Those young players are missing out b...

Unfortunately a really poor performance during the 0-0 first half with the midfielders & forwards completely anonymous. South Korea deserved to take the lead on 56 mins. Can’t believe it’s taken nearly an hour for Arnie to realise the team has to defend those short corners with two players. Up ...
