Re: Player movements before June cut off
Word is that Steve Maxwell has resigned as Cumberland prems coach......????? Guess for anyone wanting a fresh start under a new coach maybe Cumberland is the team worth considering before the cut off! Apparently, he was fired due to an incident at the game the other week, according to Cumby players...

Re: Cup Round - Quarter Finals Fixtures
I am assuming to begin to align themselves to the mens club, maybe for better atmosphere etc. I believe Metros women were once aligned with the metros men, interesting if they are looking at returning and how that would all work (if that is what is happening) The founding members of Metro United we...

Re: England WC 2018 Squad
Thought one of Wilshere or Lalana would have gone but there’s a lot to like about Loftus-Cheek, a couple of years too early maybe but he’s got his chance hope he takes it. Welbeck & Rose have proven themselves capable at this level, both the right choice. Sadly we (and the tournament) miss out ...

Bit harsh on Wilshere, thought he done enough to get in. Hart I agree with though, not good enough anymore.

Re: Season 2018 Almost Here
Sometimes bureaucracy can get in the way of common sense, with some of the things clubs are being fined for. Couple of queries ? What is the ruling players moving up and down, I tried to read the rules regulations on ffsa website, , found it very confusing, regarding movement of junior players, aro...

Re: FFSA CUP 2018
I'm hereing some clubs contemplating forfeiting either the cup or league fixture due to other saasl clubs unwilling to reschedule or league unwilling to step in and postpone, disappointing if true as would make a mockery of the affliation. You would expect the saasl to give its teams the best possi...

Re: WNPL Fixtures
I find it odd they aren't in a consecutive order this year, you don't play the same clubs in the same order. Metro have uni, city, cumby, Fulham, inter, westies, FFSA second time round its uni, city, cumby, Fulham, ffsa, inter, westies, then cumby again? Do other competitions at this level do that ...
