Re: Aus v India - test series

So it has emerged that Ishant's first inning bowling alone had 16 no-balls that weren't called. Makes you wonder again, about standards, especially when such a tight result. Has been a bug bear of mine in recent years, mainly occurring, so it seems, since DRS introduction, thus slackening off of th...

It's head to head points, then H2H goal difference, then H2H goals, then H2H away goals, then you start to get into overall group records. So yep, Liverpool would go through with a 1-0 win because of their overall goals scored. But a 2-1 Liverpool win puts Napoli through because of that away head t...

I like how you assume that just because your team was involved in an entire team of cheats (sorry just the leadership group) that other teams are as well. the comment said, Llong wanted them to win, nothingbtindo with a country cheating. Had to you said cheat, your point would have been valid as it...

The idea of the 5 runs is it's the fielding teams responsibility to ensure those items are not hit. The fielding side has no responsibility for the camera. If the tv companies cannot guarantee that their cameras will not interfere with the outcome of a game then they should be banned. well said....

Mr Red Regardless of PSG result, if Liverpool beat Napoli as described by NOC then they will leapfrog Napoli into second place (at worst) and therefore qualify. please explain??? Napoli = 9 points, 7 goals for and 4 against Liverpoo = 6 points, 8 goals for and 7 against Liverpoo would have to win 2...

So when he recalled Randall when given out in the centenary test, you didn't respect that? Or when he tried to tell Greg Chappell, "nah mate" just before the underarm? Maybe you're too young to remember, but history should be one of your better subjects. See me after class. I know of both...

Win at all costs mentality got to them. That will change as the current mob don't look like winning in a while. Eventually they'll go back to being "uncompromising" (with some limitations) and they'll slowly bounce back. I'll give them 2 years of being crap before things get better. There...

Is Arzani better the TAA, or Michael Owen, or Rooney at the same age? He is another over hyped prospect who may do well but he he is hardly worthy of the adulation given to him. No it's not, never was, pathetic world cup for England looking at the stats

I agree, it was terrible. I mean a young side not expected to do well only got to the semi final.

It's coming home

the only thing coming home is the team, less the gold trophy!
