But he might - and might know from previous games he's reffed. :) He might, he might not. But he might. If my surname was "Mine", I'd probably have my captain mention it to the ref when he's taking the coin toss. Cos history would suggest you'd have been picked up on it previously.

All said and done I think the idea of Mexico, America and Canada is appealing and will be a popular choice with many in comparison to Russia and Qatar. More teams will require more venues, facilities, planning etc. and will generate an enormous amount of money. Reckon the big sponsors will be happy...

Sounds like he should have played on.
