Re: Lady Reds In Disarray
The development squads and programmes are good if done in the right way, and I have been saying for over 12 months now that our current set up and structure is not working and I wont go in to the reasons why - if they cant see that they need to go too. Our young developing players are missing out, b...

not our best game, very slow getting started our defenders caught ball watching yet again take into consideration no team has won coming off a bye, yet. Watch the highlights and you will see how much we watch the ball and not the players when defending First two goals, will show you six defenders ag...

not even half way already writing Lady Reds off ? Hopefully they have worked on their finishing / shooting, and get their first win again Roar. This will be high scoring game Roar defense is not the quickest, our defense ball watch too much. I feel there will be some surprise results in all matches ...

Re: AUFC-W v Melbourne City
AUFC have matched all 3 teams they have played so far, only difference between them and top 3 sides is not converting their opportunities. I hope they work on their finishing skills during their bye weekend. Looking at highlights of other matches from last week, Canberra were very lucky against Jets...

Re: AUFC-W v Melbourne City
we have played the top 3 sides who have not lost a match yet, all 3 games we had enough chances we lack the finishing, our one and only goal has come from a penalty A win against Brisbane is a must wont be easy, if Brisbane took their chances last week they couldve been 2 nil up first 8 minutes . Re: W League season 2019/20
That hurts to get so close, games like this where we play well we need to come away with something. Should we have just bottled the game up last 5 minutes of each half ? Conceded a goal just before half time, conceded a goal just before full time, lapse in concentration, other lack of discipline. We...

W League season 2019/20
Has come around quick, I guess with the Matildas deservedly grabbing all the attention overlooked the start of the W league season, kicks off tomorrow night, Lady Reds away to WSW, then following week take on half the Matildas side when Sydney come to town. Really need to take the game on and get of...

Wembley had over 70,000 for the women's match between England and Germany, also a friendly.
other sports would be happy to get that in a game for points.

20 shots to 3 how does that happen at this level. Mind you I read some where, that in the EPL last week, two Man Utd strikers had one shot on goal between them .

Re: AUWFC season 2019-2020
Looking at all the squad lists that appeared on the facebook page recently, I am guessing there will be some last minute inclusions, most teams have only named 13/14 players, surely there is more than that ? From that list is a few key names missing for different reasons ( Heymann, Kerr, Jones, Chid...

From what I am reading there players who have played injury free all through winter season in the WNPL , and when selected to train with W league squad they get injured ? - if that is the case, something is not right.

does it have anything to do with having more chance of being noticed for National team selection if you play for a club in the Eastern states ?
