Re: Champions League 2018
Credit to Spurs and their manager who is building a fantastic TEAM. They are heading in the right direction and will gain invaluable experience from these pressure cooker matches. IMO If they can keep this team together and continue to strengthen in areas they need to, I can see them having some rea...

Not the coaches fault. The players lack leadership and have done so for years. Mentally the English players struggle to deal with expectation. By the way Forza Azzuri !

Well done to Fulham United on their promotion. Great effort by the Coaching Staff and the team who have built a great team culture and deserve it. If they can stick together they will continue this success in Div. 1. . You have done the Black and Whites proud!!

Italy not good enough . Prandelli is a great coach IMO. I feel he is the right person and it's a pity he has resigned.

Re: italy v Costa Rica
Balotelli is the only striker Italy have who can take them all the way. He is temperamental but is the x factor. None of the other strikers in Italy can have the impact of Balotelli. Insigne and cassano arent the answer and immobile is not yet at the level.

Re: italy v Costa Rica
Italy were extremely poor and Costa Rica fully deserved their win. The lack of urgency in the second half from Italy was appalling. To not create one decent chance says it all. The first touch of Italy's attacking players was shocking.

Re: Hodgson stay or go?
Think it's a bit harsh to blame Hodgson. The team has played better than past tourneys IMO, but still need time to totally rejuvenate . They need stability and not chop and change coaches

Re: England v Italy
Great game to watch . England played quite well but the Italians had that extra quality they always seem to have in the big tournaments. Pirlo and Darmian were Italys standouts, while super Mario could be the difference in deciding how far Italy can go. Sterling was extremely dangerous for the Poms ...

Re: SOCCEROOS V COSTA RICA
Gee what a difference in intensity by Australia. Great movement off the ball and looking to go forward and keeping possession . Thought Milligan was very impressive . Great to see Leckie given an opportunity and I think he can cement a spot in the team. Would like to see Mitch Nicolls and Zadkovich ...

Bozza had his struggles but Fergie has probably embellished the story somewhat. Bosnich was a gun keeper and the best we've ever produced in this country.

Re: Lucas Neill
The guy does have tickets on himself but it's not his fault if he keeps getting picked. IMO Neil could still play for Au's , but having both him and Oger at the back is a recipe for disaster. They lack pace badly. The only plus for Neil is his reading of the play and better passing ability than Ogge...

Re: New Socceroo Coach
Hope Ange gets it as I believe he has a bit more nous than Arnie who also has done a marvelous job at Mariners. what Ange did at Bris was remarkable and what he's building at Victory looks ominous. Victory will miss him big time and I don't think Muscat will make a great coach . It's time for an Aus...
