National curriculum as in the FoE? Or players that have come through the HAL?

0-0 draw with Tajikistan. We missed a penalty and had a player sent off.
Another Asian Youth Championship, another disappointment.

Re: Young Socceroos - U20s

2-3 loss to Uzbekistan. Both of our goals came from penalties as well and the Uzbek captain was sent off in the second half. China lost to Tajikistan who we play next so the winner of that game will most likely join the Uzbeks in the knock out stage. Shame. You know its grosso's job to post losses,...

Looking at the squad as well. Interestingly Reno Piscopo of Inter-Milan Primavera side is part of the squad. I had heard he wasn't keen to play for Australia so that's great to hear.

I sincerely apologise for the delay in updating you all on the AFC U19 championship.
But since Grosso hasn't updated us all we all can tell Australia must have won their first game.

Re: The road to Moscow

I didn't get to see all the game but it looked like we had our chances as did they so a draw seems fair. Seems to be some calls now for a midfield shake up. I have to agree. I think Jedinak needs to earn his starting spot. Milligan to me seems far more accomplished in the DM role. I think playing Mo...

Re: The road to Moscow

Another pretty impressive performance in tough conditions. I think we took a little while to get going which accounts for the first goal. Their second could have really gone anywhere so it was a bit unlucky. Happy to see Juric on the board again. If the midfield could offer he a decent amount of ser...

So the remainder of the qualifiers are to be shown live on 9. Huge move. Let's hope they get a few people who know what they are talking about and not Ken Sutcliffe just bluffing his way through a broadcast. Hopefully this could be 9 dipping their toe to see if the HAL is worth bidding on. Although ...
