Great game v Inter yesterday played in a great spirit. Inter deserved champions elect with quality all over the park and a good bunch of blokes as well.

Re the Cup - yes it would be nice to square the ledger for the first team to give your first team a hammering like the Reserve cup final last year.

Have to add that Nuggett was very gracious in defeat and as one of the first he sought out after the game to congratulate I commented that it takes a big man to do what he did and for that I have utmost respect - good on you pal.

Should be a cracker against Inter on Sunday at Argana Park - quality side Inter and Downs on the way up by the looks of it having found some form in recent weeks. I dare say the participants will enjoy a beer afterwards together.
