Re: MVW V AUW

Thank you Sportsbird. For the good of the game I say hence we are bothering to say something on here. Injured payers and contracts? I think this has been the case for quite a few seasons. We stared to get some recognition last season for a very pro-active style of football and the league (albeit we...

Re: MVW V AUW

Billy the kid, you are also correct in your comments. alwaysoffside, I believe it's time for AUWFC to demand that the players to only play football and not AFLW or any other sport now that players are getting paid. What I did hear today, that certain players were given contracts knowingly they were ...

Re: MVW V AUW

Attended the game yesterday and what a disappointment it was. The most disappointing part about the game was the lack of intensity of certain high profile players that have not met up to the expectations of the W League and for their club. Unsure what happened to AJ but she would not have made a dif...

Re: 2017 WNPL Minor Premiers

Excellent games at the shores. Great to see the excitement and reaction on the West Adelaide Players faces on hearing that Metro beat Adelaide City. Congratulations to West Adelaide WFC on winning the minor Premiership. Good to see another team on top of the ladder. Also congratulations to Metro Uni...

Re: Cup Semi Finals Tonight

What a fantastic game between Adelaide Uni and Fulham even though the weather wasn't great. But a well deserved win to Adelaide Uni. Having watched the game, I believe Adelaide Uni will be hard to beat in the cup final. Such a well balanced team. Having not seen the game between Adelaide City and Me...

Hi Stella,
My opinion on you is only my opinion. This is not a personal attack but my analysis on your form.
One thing I know about you is that you always strive to be the best you can. I know you will prove me wrong in the future. Good luck.

As you seem to now everything about women's football, what is the feeling around Adelaide City Women's Club players who were allegedly promised a Lady Reds stint now that it has been confirmed that PP will not be Head Coach?

Re: WLeague Coach

Finding Sportsbird, In answer to your question regarding Stella Rigon, Having played with Stella and against her, I feel that she is not quite up to the standard of W League. Fantastic player in the WNPL and a great ambassador for Fulham United. However, Stella has one great asset of having set shot...

What a great appointment. Ivan Karlovic is the best choice to go forward with the Lady Reds and well into the future. Ivan is a fantastic communicator and well respected. Re: Adelaide United WFC Coaches

Interesting banter about identities and potential coaches. There is no doubt some PR work done by all in the mix for the job and this is a good thing. It shows that people want o take up the job. Whether its PP or KM. For mine.......leave the players names out of this thread. They're not part of th...

Re: Adelaide United WFC Coaches

alwaysoffside If AUWFC was to appoint Paul Pezos will be a big mistake. How many male clubs as he coached and has been sacked or told to leave because of his abuse and arrogances. Now he trying out with the WNPL. When he was at the lady reds as assistant coach with Alloisi, there were ongoing compla...

Adelaide United WFC Coaches

The talk out of AUWFC is that Kevin McCormack will be offered the head coach and Chris Goddard as his assistant coach in 2017-2018.
AUWFC were going to offer it to a previous assistant coach but due to ongoing complaints in the past will not be approached.

Paul Pezos - New Adelaide United Women's Coach

Here we go again. Another coach. How many coaches since the start of the W League in 2008? 6 coaches. As I previously stated before, Huss will not be coaching the AUWFC for 2017/2018 season for certain reasons. AUWFC have identified Paul Pezos as the new coach and will appoint him at some point duri...

WNPL CLUB TO BE FINED & THE LOSS OF MATCH POINTS

Currently, an investigation is being conducted by the FFSA as a result from a complaint which allegedly involves certain clubs not meeting the WNPL Criteria. Apparently, it has been alleged that at least one club will be fined and the loss of match points for the indiscretion. It sounds like another...

FFSA Shame -WNPL Competition Relegation
