Re: Season 2020

with FFSA press release today Community football can start June 19 that gives an extra 2 weeks. If this allows for a 16 week rather than 14 week then only 2 midweek catch up games are required. Surely a real season can be had. Heard today of a non competitive season without promotion etc. This woul...

Yep. I fully agree unfortunately. 2020 will be a ride off. Very sad and depressing in some ways but as of today I just cannot see things getting better.

No. Luck of the draw. If you think about the positive instead of negative then at least we will have a few northern clubs left in the last 16. The draw can play a big part on how far teams get.

Great Work Swannsong.

Only 1 point. Its not the Prelim Rd. It is Round 1.

Rostrevor v Bosa will most likely be played under lights on Friday 29th March at Campbelltown City SC.

A bit of work still needs to be done in this area. Far from clear. SAASL / CSL / MASTERS / Under 12-17 are all in 1 category. Games - 32-35 degrees is stated that all games are NOT to be played between 11am - 6pm. At 11am yesterday in Adelaide the temp was 28.2C At 130pm yesterday in Adelaide the te...

They just need to pick a team that will be ready in 2 to 3 years & work with them. Their junior base is big enough, they just need to work out how to connect the juniors to the seniors then start a production line. Shows the need for Saturday Amatuers & colegiate League to form the SL3, the...

$17,500 affiliation fee would be a good start.

$3.50 per player.

Start with that and see how things go.

Mr Cichanowski should also be passing this info onto the FFSA. I know they don't work together at the moment but these suspended players can easily kit up for an FFSA club. FFSA should be doing the same. I recall not so long ago FFSA banning a player for a number of years but then this player just j...

If West Adelaide do get into the A league then i think we will never have a chance of a new stadium in the city.

Need to keep filling Hindmarsh or if a 2nd team came in maybe look at getting Norwood oval redeveloped to suit Footy and soccer.

I particularly like when the ball goes out for a goal kick / throw in and the player/ goalie go get the ball ( sometimes takes quite some time to go get it) only for the ref as soon as the kick or throw us taken blows for half or full time ! Can't believe how poor the knowledge of The Laws Of The Game that Amature Referees have. I am not complaining on interpretation as that is of the opinion of the referee. What I am concerned is the mistakes on point of Law. For example. 1/ Ball has gone out for a goal kick. During stoppage of play a...
