Terry would have shagged his missus while he was lying on the ball.

Re: STURT MARION SC PRE-SEASON DETAILS FOR 2013

Great to see Peter Buckley continuing on after being put through a reapply for your advertised job embarassment . He still got a couple of championships in him yet and only just missed out last season. Congratulations and well done Peter. If it is in the constitution and usual practice, why would y...

Re: Away FC

I don't know if this has been discussed before but I was wondering. Could a club be started that didn't have a home ground? Finding a field to play at regularly is tough and increasingly expensive, if a club could find somewhere to train during the week could that club just play away every week? Co...

Re: Interchange for Ressies (or B teams)

Every time I have played a team that has used interchange "effectively", it has f'd up the tempo and flow of the game. You always have a players around you changing, and it makes it tougher to read a game and work your way into it. Not saying it doesn't have it's place, but that place is ...

Re: Saturday results 15/9

Stopped reading Hawksy and Snow white's banter (TLDR), but to clarify: BOSA vs Uni in round 9 was not played as both pitches were literally under water. BOSA forfeited all games that were scheduled for last weekend. BOSA firsts have made it this far in the cup, and so haven't had a weekend free to p...

After Rounds 14-17: We have 11 serious competitors, tipping regularly, but it's looking like BLACK HAWK DOWN has the competition stitched up going into the last round and a half, which is pretty incredible considering his team is in a relegation battle, and he has still been tipping them to at worst...

Re: Saturday Div 1 Tipping

After rounds 11, 12, 13: Finally got around to an update. 3 weeks results mashed together, and we have a lot of movement. BLACK HAWK DOWN performed the best over that period with a score of 10/15, inlcuding 2 weekly 4/5s in rounds 12 and 13. Very well done there. That takes him to outright leader. I...

KO delayed, referee was fiddling with a goal that quote frankly didn't look pegged in, and the nets were atrocious. Cup game Uni vs. Comets

If you're at a loose end tonight, think about heading down to League HQ at Grange.

Uni play Comets in their catch up game after the initial game was abandoned with scores tied due to injury.

Kickoff at 7pm.

Winner plays West Beach in the next round. Maybe a few of them there???

There is ONLY one reason the SAASRA is mandating an all black kit for their officials and they will never admit it but it is money. Nothing else. Some of their members are too tight to invest in an additional shirt or two. it is ridiculous they cannot continue with a black plus at least one alterna...
