I've said it 100 times and i'll say it again, once clubs simply stop playing these clubs they will go. if every clubs forfeits every single game these clubs will die, no player will hang around

there is a simple answer.

All clubs simply refuse to play them, easy. If the SAASL wont act maybe the clubs should, it's not hard. Who cares if they win a league by it and get promoted.

now with no cards its even better for these clubs

all new clubs should be on immediate probation, any issue or incident and they are out. The new clubs should also be paid in full before round one for ALL bills and should have to pay a bond that is returned after the probation or lost to the SAASL if they are found in disrepute for any incidents. IMO the SAASL needs to thin out it's members. Kick out all the BS clubs that only have 1 team. (except certain post codes - country) Have a set date to pay (say Jan) after that date if you have not paid you don't play. (no exceptions) I'd rather see 2 solid AB&C leagues than 4-5 leagues of caber...
