It's a Ref's job to keep control over the game, I've seen great Ref's too and they keep that control but when they don't and players are being hurt, young kids... it's inevitable for parents to get upset, that's their kids being pushed and kicked. You'd be hard pressed to find a parent who wouldn't ...

I don't think Ref's are keeping proper control of their games either, not calling fouls which ends up with angry and frustrated kids, followed up closely by angry parents. There was a bunch of pushing, shoving, shirt grabbing at one game and one of our kids had enough and looked like he was about to...

Seems to be getting worse and worse, I don't know if its just been a stressful year due to covid or what but its been really agro this year. Looked like there was a scuffle with Jets V Knights game yesterday too, U14's i think.
