Re: Socceroos World Cup Campaign
Forgot to watch it again. But 5-0 ok. Sorry Con. Glad you caught up to the score Bomber. And yeah, nah, yeah - saw the Socceroos stuff in the CrowTiser. But I was pointing out it was pathetic that the National broadsheet had no preview about the National team and it’s World Cup Qualifier. Wrong gen...

Young blokes suddenly with plenty cash. They choose to play their sport and accept the associated risks. What next, a boxer suing for excessive head knocks?

Re: Socceroos World Cup Campaign
How far we've come since we dismantled the NSL and did sokka properly  how many times did the National Team qualify for the World Cup during the NSL era.....just asking for a friend who knows nothing about the game..... Having to beat (time and time again) the likes of decent South America...

Re: Australia’s Matilda's
This amazes me really. I can only imagine there is a great heap of non-footballing people that just want to jump on the bandwagon by going to a Matildas friendly.

The fact that there will soon be 2 x Australia squads (T20 and test) shows the ACB already need their heads read. Money is first consideration, not improvement or nurturing of test cricket. You have a point with Zampa, BUT stats only seem to be a consideration when selectors try and justify a selec...

Relegated and their A grade coach is gone  :clown: FC Official? Yes but that's just caused by the poor performance of their A grade through the season, not the review of this C grade game. Nothing like a prompt, forceful and authoritative decision by those in charge of the league.

I'm no fan of V8's either. Am crap at darts but played comp 8-ball for many years in the old pub circuit, won a few flags too back in the day in a decent side. Really enjoyed it until they started fluffing around with the rules, amount of games played etc. Still have a hit at the local at times. Im...

Michael Jordan, Larry Bird, Shaquille O'Neal, Magic Johnson, Wilt Chamberlain, Kareem Abdul-Jabbar, Lebron James are just ones off the top of my head that would chuckle at being considered unworthy by anyone, let alone some irrelevant individual in terms of sporting achievements. I have actually no...
