Re: EPL 21/22

Arsenal switched on during the first half in the derby to lead 3-0.

Might have gone to 4-0 in the second half when there was shove in the back of Partey.

Gunners gotta keep this momentum going now.

Vietnam v Australia 0-1. A header by ex-mullet man Rhyan Grant just before half-time.

Horrible pitch, terrible humidity, scrappy performance but got the win thankfully.

Re: Socceroos World Cup Campaign

Good start in this second phase of qualifying with a 3-0 win over China. The shock in this group was Japan losing 0-1 at home versus Oman, which will help Australia’s cause. Very heartening to see some of the Olyroos stepping up to the senior team, including Gawler boy Riley McGree. Now on to Tuesda...

I hope we slaughter China
thats a bit rich...
Why?

10-0 would be good
Can’t see that happening, Bomber.

I remember in a previous campaign they dragged us to high-altitude (6,500-feet) Kunming for a 0-0 draw, then beat us 1-0 in front of 70,000 in Sydney.

Arnold was going to "shock the world". I was not shocked, but seeing, as grosso puts it, a Mickey Mouse tournament, why the big deal then? Now, Bomber - I gotta know. Are you agreeing with what’s-it’s-name that it’s Mickey Mouse? Let me remind you of a few gentle facts about Olympic Football: 1. Yo...

“Matildas”. Yep, on @ 5.30pm S.A. time, today Thursday 5th August on one of 7’s digital channels.

The money men (don’t gamble irresponsibly) have da U.S. of A. as clear favourites. Hope they’re wrong.

damn....i was hoping for penalties...the win wouldve been more special.... Lucky we had the weakest side to play as opponents  Don’t understand this post. Great Britain were second favourites overall to win gold. G.B. were very dominant at various stages and hit the goal-frame 3 times, but Au...

Australia winners 2-0 over twice-gold medallists Argentina!

What a goal by Marco Tilio after just coming on!

And it might have been 3-0 when Mitch Duke scraped the outside of the post in the 95th.

5-1 win against Taipei this morning.

Good corners by McGree with towering man mountain Harry Souttar getting on the end of the first one.

Hrustic emerging as a midfield playmaker and Karacic proving to be a better right-back than ex-mullet man Grant.
