Always thought the reserves cup could be done a little better in terms of allowing first team players to be stacked into a reserves team just to have a good run. Something like maximum of three players having played more than 50% of their club's first team games would surely make it a fairer system...

Why is it these 'high performers' often fail to perform despite the richness of the clubs that lure them...yet, no sooner have they been dismissed other rich clubs think they are the answer ?
Why not gamble on newer managerial faces or give managers longer to turn things around.
