Luckily, we we're able to promote a number of youngsters from our U16's and others started to come out of the woodwork to fill two sides before the season...

Hahndorf 11 v 0 Strathalbyn (5-1)

Strathalbyn very undermanned, if we knew they were only bringing one side would have put the First Team out in the early game. Still, good to get 90mins in our boys legs. 

It's pretty simple really. We're already very familiar with what we'd face against these teams. We feel we've got more to gain at this stage playing and coaching against different opposition - and it allows The Club to build social ties with teams we wouldn't otherwise meet.
