Re: Serie A round 1
Seems that for round 1 and 2 the main game time is 20:45, 4:15 our time, does anyone know if this is going to be the new time instead of around 15:00 (10:30 our time) which we have been use to? This would be pretty annoying

Re: Desperate Inter Milan
thats more a testiment to the standard of Italys serie b. There are so many sides like Novara that could come into serie a and do what novara did to Inter. Look at the players at Sampdoria, Torino, Reggina, Brescia, Empoli, Bari and Livorno disposal... yet no surprise to me at all it is Sassuolo and...

Re: SSC Napoli
Aronica is not a world class defender, but that is Mazzarri for you, he does ridiculously well with at times average personel. His ability to be a title threat without 11 stars at all times makes him amongst the best coaches around. Another point I made before Mazzarri went to Napoli was his ability...

What is outrageous is the highly profitiably industry of Indian students studying at our Universities in jeopardy because of bashings to their students here, bashings bred from the racism and prejudice of our highly racist Australian community. Re: Del Piero, 250 not out
They are calling them Calabrese because they look down on Calabrese... the insult is that they are calling them Calabrese, not that they are Calabrese, they are racist... It's like Roma fans calling Lazio Napoli, they look down on Naps so the insult is calling them Naps. In this case calling Juventu...

Reggina Preview/Analysis
Reggina face the coming season hoping to continue the great run of form Orlandi brought at the helm to lead them to an unlinkely salvation. After consecutive lossed to Genoa and Fiorentina the campaign looked over for Reggina and their fate secure in Serie B, however, veterans Ciccio Cozza and Nicol...

Yes it has this squad does look better and after seeing the preseason games this squad does look like it'll do very well, so shiraz you! We have had a killa preseason all wins except for a draw and a loss. You don't even follow the Amaranto's progress, you just assume our squad is cabernet when it ...

i remember some Adelaide City (and non-AUFC supporters) saying how AUFC was Dad's Army, well this Italian team makes AUFC look like they're still in their womb! hilarious. Thanks! That is such a ridiculous statement. As only Cannavaro and Pannucci are players who will be over 35 for the next world ...

Re: Worst Italian team
I didn't think it was boring. Really good tactical battle. exactly. a gripping tactical battle... Italy had a plan, and did it well, unfortunately we were just missing the creativity of Pirlo on the break. I admired Italy's stamina defending 120 minuted with 10 men behind the ball and when they att...

Re: ITALIA - FRANCIA
The funniest conclusion would be if Holland beat Romania 1-0 with a second string team displaying how much quality they have in their squad and Italy/France fighting out a 2-2 draw. Then you'll have 3 teams on 2 points and Romania going through on goal difference . In my opinion though I can see Ro...

Re: Italian failings blamed on referee
It wasn't a penalty. I don't know how that could even come into question. Lucas Neill made a bad challenge and made 0 contact, Italian player came in and tripped over him. Luis Medina Cantalejo is a TERRIBLE referee though, even in Spain no one wants him to ref the games. Mejuto Gonzalez is better....

laziale, bianchi9amaranto is right about our possible player signings, paredes, morrone, baronio, brighi and brienza are very close to Reggina right now, and you will find a few of those names have terminated their contracts, which makes the sales likely... Good but to little to late are you being serious? you had one bad decision against you, that being Sissoko should have had a penalty, and that calls for a ref to be banned. Reggina Issue Press Silence
Serie A relegation strugglers Reggina have announced that they will be in Silenzio Stampa (media silence) until the game against Roma this weekend.
The Calabrian club are the latest in a long list of Serie A sides who have refused to talk with the Italian media.
The move comes after the team from Reggio Calabria lost at the weekend against fellow Serie A strugglers Torino.
The team feels aggrieved by the way they lost the game after the referee awarded a dubious penalty against the Amaranto.
A statement on the club’s official website reads: “The club has decided to cancel all press conferences which were scheduled to take place on Thursday and Friday. Renzo Ulivieri and another player will appear on the official website after the Roma game.â€
Reggina will be hoping to emulate Roma's last opponents Seina and upset the capital club on Saturday when they travel to the Olimpico. The Giallorossi were hammered 3-0 away to Siena on Sunday afternoon in a woeful display by Luciano Spalletti’s men.
Roma meanwhile will be looking to bounce back from their shocking defeat away to the Bianconeri, as any further slip ups will mean that Inter will have all but won the Scudetto.

reggina had absolutely no depth last season, this was obviously due to financial problems, the difference was they had Walter Mazzarri as coach who was able to get the very best out of the eleven he put on the park, like Leon- who was playing serie c, and came back on loan. Our quality in our line u...

with Amoruso, Brienza, Stuani, Makinwa, Joelson and Ceravolo fighting for spots in attack the goals should come, Cozza and Vigiani can also play up front if required so this is some much needed depth for Reggina. Foti has done very well in the market so far bringing in Stuani, Makinwa and Brienza in...
